Team: Eternal Optimists
Our learnings from the inspirational Arvind Eye Hospital video re as follows:
1. We must be open to learnings from the best practices in other unrelated industries
2. We all have the ability to achieve miraculous and seemingly impossible goals, we just have to believe in ourselves.
3. This world is not as bad a place as many of us think. After initial difficulties, people do come forward to support you if you are working for a good cause.
4. Age is never a barrier for starting anything new. One only needs to overcome his mental barriers.
5. We must have a vision and a purpose in our lives. Without it we won't be able to make any difference.
6. Skilled people must utilize their talents in such a manner that it benefits the maximum possible number of people and not just their near and dear ones.

Team Eternity: Learnings from Arvind Eye Hospital
The group had the following learning points from the video of Arvind eye hospital
- Age is no barrier or reason for not doing something you like. A person can pursue his goals at any age. Dr V sets a perfect example of this.
- Set yourself to one goal of social importance and dedicate your efforts towards it.
- Lack of money or capital cannot be a reason for not taking up challenging activities. Its your own personal choice and will, and these work despite lack of money
- Support of family is very crucial for your personal growth. Involve your family and cherish their contribution.
- You can borrow ideas from western countries (like McD's) but you need to refine it to suit Indian needs and culture
- Societal contribution is the only way you can be immortal.

Team Elites
Learnings from Arvind Eye Hospital & Dr. V
- We would like to develop the conscious that all of us are one ("We are healing ourselves")
- We would like to see our output in value terms, just like Arvind see its performance in terms of the millions of patients cured.
- We would try and become more selfless
- We will try to internalize the idea that vision is the only limiting factor, and try to expand our vision
- We should faith in our dreams, that find a way to manifest themselves
- We, the privileged people, should do something for the society. That is the only way our country can succeed.
